People tell me that I’m easy to talk to. But I don’t just listen. I help you find out how the ways you are thinking or interacting are causing you problems, and I offer observations and possible solutions. Together we build an understanding of what you are going through, and together we tackle the issues. You and I collaborate to figure out what solutions may fit for you, and how to make them work in your life. Our work together can be short-term (a few weeks or months, perhaps even less), or longer-term, depending on your personal needs and objectives.

I have a long, strong background in working with people of all ages (and across three states), struggling with a range of issues. For over three decades I have helped people through difficult life transitions and crises, as well as those struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and the gamut of psychological maladies.

I enjoy working with a large variety of people, and never tire of getting to know them and their unique selves. I bring thoughtful clinical expertise and genuine interest in my clients to my practice of psychotherapy. Depending on your personal needs and objectives, I provide both short-term and longer-term therapy.
